New digital & Website ecosystem

The Ask

Atlante commissioned Krein to create a new digital website ecosystem from scratch, which involved a website overhaul and integrating it with Atlante’s system and BI. Crafting the whole digital ecosystem required Managing and Connecting different teams for a total of 18 people.

Our Approach

Strategy & How

After conducting in-depth customer journey and competitive analysis, Krein developed new buyer personas, designed the website’s wireframe and UX structure, and coordinated the UI implementation with external partners; the project required managing and aligning various teams, such as Wonder Studio, a French UI boutique, and Curve Studio, a creative agency known for supporting Uber’s campaigns.

This process was followed by site development, testing, and validation.In terms of content, the website has been supplemented with a SEO & keywords analysis, a process based on copywriting supervising & improvement and the following translation in 5 languages.

Final Solutions

New digital ecosystem

The new digital ecosystem with the website at its center has been brought to finalization with the following:

  • A map charger live integration via JSON & API;
  • A QR campaign tracker with dedicated landing page and Salesforce connector;
  • Salesforce & Pardot complete integration;
  • Support for privacy & cookie;
  • A custom platform to manage Mastercard campaigns for ADR airport.
