With a view to strengthening Milan's HQ, our company is looking for an Administration & Finance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise our day-to-day activities in the management of ordinary accounting while maintaining timely monitoring of deadlines with customers, suppliers and employees. The main focus of this role is to maximize efficiency and drive growth to positively impact our clients.

Krein is a digital company based in Milan, Florence, Mantua and with a touchpoint in New York operating in Digital Advisory applied to B2B markets and engineering sectors since 2017.
The company relies on more than 15 years of experience of its founders in the development of Integrated Digital Strategies and Digital Product Development. Among the sectors covered: Energy & Renewables, Aerospace, Industrial Lighting, Power Generation, Electronics, Industry 4.0, IT and Manufacturing in general.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Accounting Management
- Active and Passive Invoicing Cycle
- Monitoring and Management of Accounting and Tax Compliance in cooperation with our external consultants
- Executive Assistance activities to the Board and Operations Management
- Management of financial deadlines vs. Customers/Suppliers/Employees/Partners
- Management, Research and Preparation of materials for public tenders
- Collaborate with Account & Project Management departments for billing cycle progress statuses on Customers/Suppliers
- Preparation of payments and relationships with Banks and Credit Institutions
- Contract management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics (alternatively Accounting/Administration)
- Minimum experience of ⅔ years in the role
- Ability to use office automation devices, software dedicated to accounting/invoicing management (FattureinCloud, PandaDoc and HubSpot for offer management, desired but not essential)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
- Knowledge of ERP systems (not required, but considered as a plus)
- Propensity to work in team, punctuality, excellent management skills and precision
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Italian (C1)
- English (at least B2)
- Any other European language is considered a plus
